Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into your online shopping cart. After you have finished making your selection click on the 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we will need to process your order.

There is a minimum order limit of £10.00 (GBP) including shipping.

We accept credit / debit card payment, at this time we do not accept American Express.

At present no orders can be made outside of the UK or Ireland.

For international orders these prices will vary, also please note that any import duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All shipping options require a signature at the point of delivery. we reserve the right to use the most apropritate shipping option for the product and destination. Any shipping upgrades will be free of charge.

If your item is returned to us as undeliverable, we will email you to advise that we will be redelivering the item unless you prefer to cancel the order. Please note that you may be charged a redelivery fee which will be indicated in the email.

We will send your order within 1 to 3 business days. Stock for this site is maintained electronically and should not be out of stock. In the event that an item is found to be damaged *instore* while being picked for delivery a replacement will be ordered, if replacements can not be found within 3 days you will be contacted to discuss alternative product or a refund on that item.

The Rift does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies used on this shopping site are used to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book option is used and to store your details if you select the 'remember me' option.

We offer a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee. If you send the goods back to us within 7 days, in the same condition as we sent them to you then we will issue you a refund of the item cost (this policy does not apply to autograph memorabilia due to the nature of the product). This does not affect your statutory rights.

We regret that we are unable to refund any items that are lost or damaged in transit. We therefore recommend you ensure that there is sufficient insurance to cover any loss or damage which may be sustained.

In the unlikely event that the goods you recieve from us are faulty or damaged please notify us immediatly and we will arrange for the faulty item to be returned and a replacement provided. In this instance we will pay all shipping costs.
